| Job Duties: | • Cleaning all areas including Front of the House, Back of the House, washroom, back of house and depot in accordance with company standards • Have a thorough knowledge of cleaning machines and chemicals operations and perform all assigned cleaning duties • Have a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptly • Communicate with fellow team members and other related departments to proactively service guests in the event of any emergency • Adhere to all established health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons • Capable to perform repetitious duties • Acting also as part of the Company ambassador team while working in the public area Front of House and Back of House • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experience is an advantage, preferably with a 5 star hotel • Ability for marble, granite, vinyl floor treatment skills are an advantage • Primary school or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects on frequent basis without assistance • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
