Job Duties: | • Plan and develop beach programs and use to ensure maximum benefit of the facility for the guest • Ensure beach facilities, change rooms and deck area are always in proper working and clean condition • Administer beach programs to ensure budgets and records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner • Assist in preparation of monthly usage reports and monitor of the beach budget and spending • Supervise beach personnel to ensure that staff is qualified and performing duties in a safe and courteous manner which meet the company standards • Set up and break down beach area by stacking chairs, un-stacking chairs, straightening chairs and rolling towel bins • Assign schedules and duties to staffs • Maintain attentiveness to environment and condition of the beach to secure the safety of the guests • Inspect facilities daily to ensure safety standards are maintained • Demonstrate knowledge of beach facility and services by answering guest questions and fulfilling guest needs in a timely manner • Ensure safe working habits and correct storage of tools • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years related experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
