| Job Duties: | Manages the travel and room reservation, operation of the company. Responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customers complaints and concerns, counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and confirmation notices. Supervises daily incoming of customers, making sure that guest are properly oriented regarding the hotels, optional tours and transportation. communicates with on and off island travel agencies and offices.
