| Job Duties: | • Responsible for coordinating, managing and monitoring the performance of trade contractors in the site operation, quality-housekeeping and logistic aspects; • To review and analyze a variety of data to plan and programme for subcontractors and monitoring site work progress; • Oversee and direct operation of construction activities for large scale resort development project. | Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelors Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering. • Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; • Preference will be given to applicants having over 20 years of experience in construction industry and at least 10 years of which was responsible for site operation and management with a building contractor's organization; • Experience in large scale hotel and casino construction is required; • Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Agent in a Main Contractor for building projects is a must; • Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin; • Station near Western Pacific Ocean is required. • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Construction Manager. |
