| Job Duties: | Read and analyze Financial Statements in behalf of the Bishop/Apostolic Administrator. Job involves analyzing of each and every accounting transactions. Invoicing and recording of all transaction data to each individual accounting system module. Reconcile accounts payable against vendors statement of accounts. Prepares monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements. Prepares Diocesan monthly Financial Statements. Prepares monthly and quarterly Employer's Withholding Tax Return. Prepares annual reconciliation of Salaries and Taxes withheld for submission to IRS and Revenue and Taxation. Prepares annual budget for the Diocese; and any other duties that the immediate superior may assign from time to time. |
