Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience preferably in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and/or Performance Improvement Activities. 3-5 years’ experience with working knowledge of hospital processes, process improvement theory, medical terminologies and accreditation regulations and/or federal regulations (CMS or JCAHO) required. Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management. Excellent coordination/communication skills. |
