Job Duties: | The Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager is a licensed professional, responsible for all the quality activities of the agency. The Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager has accountability for the monitoring and evaluation of the process to meet regulatory requirements and standards of practice. |

Qualification Requirements: | Master’s degree in nursing or other health care related field from a recognized and accredited college or university is required. Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience preferably in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and/or Performance Improvement Activities. 3-5 years’ experience with working knowledge of hospital processes, process improvement theory, medical terminologies and accreditation regulations and/or federal regulations (CMS or JCAHO) required. Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management. Excellent coordination/communication skills. |
