Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Efficient operation and maintenance of the Resort. Promotion of the Resort’s brand. Preparation of budgets and allocation of funds. Establishment of reports, policies, procedures, systems, and functions related to the management of the Resort. Plans and organizes the future development of the resort continuously. Searches and develops new revenue streams for the resort. Searches and develops new ways to reduce expenses. Identifies operational and administrative areas of concern and creates plans for improvement. Undertake other duties from time to time as directed by the Resort, to include providing technical guidance and support to other properties under Asia Pacific Hotels, Inc. |

Qualification Requirements: | Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Management with a minimum of ten years management experience in the Front Office, Housekeeping or Sales & Marketing of a Hotel or Resort of significant volume and preferably and with at least 3 years of experience in an executive or senior management level capacity. Must be able to lead a management team, develop and execute strategic business plans that define profitability objectives, operational/product goals, guest loyalty and satisfaction and team member engagement objectives. Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Planning, problem-solving and financial reporting skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Resort, ensuring that it runs in a smooth and efficient manner with maximum efficiency, profitability, consistent high service levels while providing the best possible guest experience. |
