| Job Duties: | Operate computers programmed with accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounting 2016 and Quickbooks to record, store, and analyze information; check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes; classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers; Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software; Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Compiles and analyzes day to day business transactions to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts; documenting business transactions; analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital; may devise and implement manual or computer-based system for general accounting; examines accounts and records and computes taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations, using computer; ensures that establishment complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must have Bachelor degree of Business Administration and at least five (5) years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications and accounting software preferably Sage 50 Accounting 2016 or Quick Books accounting system. Experience working according to Federal maritime and USCG regulations. Understands American Bureau of Shipping procedures and rules pertaining class certification for submersibles. Pacific Subsea Saipan Inc. operates 4 passenger vessels including one tourist submersible engaged in tourism. All vessels are operated according to federal regulations (CFR) for passenger vessels. In order to qualify for the positions all applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and enter into a ongoing drug testing program, additionally applicants possess CPR and basic first aid certification complying with DOT/USCG as required per 46CFR is preferred. Specialized work experience and documentation is required for operating and supporting tourist submersible operations. Applicants must be physically able to perform efficiently the duties of the position at sea and ashore. Able to work rotating work schedules which may include holidays and week-ends. Applicant must substantiate through documentation proof of specialized training and experience listed below. Applicants will be required complete written and oral interview. |
