| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Do client's yards maintenance including laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking. Operate powered equipment, such as mowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Gather and remove litter. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of grounds features. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High knowledged and experience in ground maintenance. Hardworking and trustworthy. Ability to mow or edge lawns using power movers or edgers. Should be able to care established lawns using hand tools or power tools. Willing to work long hours under the sun, and willing to gather and remove litter. Knowledge in proper trimming of trees, taking care of plants and other ground features. |
