Job Duties: | • Checking the cleanliness of all public areas to ensure cleaning and presentation standards are consistent with company standards • Ensure all specialized cleaning programs are followed to maintain the presentation of the property to high standards • Manage the quality assurance program to ensure quality standards • Ensure all shifts are properly manned to carry out cleaning duties • Ensure all staff adheres to health and safety policies and procedures for the safety of the workers and guests • Communicate with fellow team members and other related departments to proactively service internal and external guests, and ensure their cleaning needs fulfilled • Work closely with engineering maintenance issues to the maintenance team and proper follow through to their satisfactory completion • Adhere to all established health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons • To ensure all cleaning staff on shift complies with established grooming standards • To Ensue all machines and chemicals are used and handled carefully by all attendants • To report any damaged of machines or property facilities and coordinate for repair when necessary. • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in Public Area operations in a 5 star hotel / well-known property • Ability for marble, granite, vinyl floor treatment skills are an advantage • High school graduate or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
