Job Title: Supervisor – Airport Services
Job Duties: • Direct and coordinate all subordinates to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met • Communicate with Assistant Manager – Airport Services to ensure that accompany service is provided according to guest requirements and the arrival and departure schedules • Accompany arriving/departing guest from/to hotel and airport • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks • Ensure team members are carrying out job tasks in accordance to company standards • Ensure team members are well groomed in accordance to company standards • Ensure all operations and cash handling follow policies and procedures • Liaise with Transportation department on transportation and baggage arrangements • Personally resolve all guest complaints relating to Airport Services • Direct and monitor the agents to ensure consistency in service and quality • Be accountable for the proper handling of telephone and / or correspondence reservations • Ensure the information of the airline and relevant information including weather and road conditions are kept updated and provide the information to the guests accurately and promptly • Ensure that the arrival and departure lists are being checked and followed up properly • Ensure calls are carried out by Airport Services Team in a professional manner • Meet Corporate target, in accordance with established service standards. • Support efficient administration within the department, assist in preparing and submitting operational reports on time • Ensure guest satisfaction during shift and monitor team members with the same awareness • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • At least 2 years’ working experience in customer service or Front Office in a 5 star hotel/ well known property • High school graduate or above • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task
