Job Duties: | • Greet and ensure that all guests are assisted at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity • Accompany arriving/departing guest from/to hotel and airport • Perform airline booking and amendments and ensure all data is entered completely into the system • Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received • Coordinate with Transportation for transportation arrangement according to guest request • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information • Ensure the information of the airline and relevant information including weather and road conditions are kept updated and provide the information to the guests accurately and promptly • Ensure that the arrival and departure lists are being checked and followed up properly • Attend to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, and refer problems to his/her superior if he/she is unable to assist • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Perform other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • Relevant experience in customer service or Front Office is an advantage • High school graduate or above • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills • Has Initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
