Job Duties: | • Supervise the daily operation of the Bell Desk to ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed and all staff meets the service expectations required • Assist in the management, coaching and development of Bell team member to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met • Supervise and direct Bell Service activities and team members • Responsible for sorting and distribution of guests’ and administration’s mails and documents received by Bell Service counters • Work closely with the Front Desk to ensure luggage for all guests are delivered promptly • Prepare newspaper orders and coordinate with newspaper vendors for early delivery; supervise Bellperson for newspaper delivery • Responsible for training the Bellperson in the day to day tasks • Establish a rapport with guests, answer their queries and resolve problems arising from guest complaints in a timely manner • Prepare efficient work schedule for Bell Service, arranging roster, taking into consideration projected occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures • Ensure that all Bell Service equipment are accounted for and are always in good condition • Ensure that all Bell Service team members is neat, clean and punctual at all times and that they perform the tasks assigned to them promptly and efficiently • Maintain an awareness of events, activities, venues and places of interest to which they can refer guests • Handle problems with guests and refer to superior if he/she is unable to assist and resolve • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Perform other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • At least 3 years experience in a 4 or 5 stars hotels/resorts working experience in Concierge operations, experience in Casino/VIP Hotel operations is an advantage • High School graduate or above • Physical mobility and stamina • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Patient, has initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Have exceptional guest relations skills and passionate about looking after guests • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
