Job Duties: | • Provide direction, supervision, guidance and be able to hold accountability to all employee involved in the daily operations of Guest Services Center • Answer incoming calls without delay and in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity • Handle guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Adhere to operating policies and procedures for handling incoming calls, fulfilling guests’ requests and maintaining customer profiles • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks • Update and maintain operating procedure manuals • Maintain exemplary departmental standards of behavior and attitude at all times • Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known • Attend to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, and refer problems to his/her superior if he/she is unable to assist • Is knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures • Be familiar with the operating system, identify system errors and inform Assistant Manager and Manager • Monitor filing system for manual and electronic correspondence • Take full responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Guest Services Center in his/her absence • Ensure guest satisfaction during shift and monitor team members with the same awareness • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a 5 star hotel/ well-known property • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera) • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task |
