Job Title: Supervisor – Health Club
Job Duties: • Coordinate with the Recreation Manager regarding reservations, maintenance and customer service issues in Health Club • Exceptional proficiency in all Health Club operations which include answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility and completing all shift reports and paperwork • Daily communication to all Health Club Attendant and Receptionist regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary • Responsible for the training of all new Health Club Attendant and Receptionist according to the requirements of department • Ensure the Health Club facilities, lobby, reception are clean, tidy and maintained • Inspect the daily upkeep, maintenance and hygiene of Health Club facilities and tools • Control expenses and research ways to generate more revenue • Continuously improve health and safety standards • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • At least 2 years related experience in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or above • Excellent product knowledge of a range of Health Club facilities is preferred • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task
