| Job Duties: | • Greet guests arriving the Health Club • Provide information about Health Club and other hotel recreation offerings • Register individuals using Health Club, verifying registered guest status • Post charges for use of Health Club to guest room accounts • Provide tours of Health Club • Provide towels, robes, and locker room keys • Restock and refresh locker room amenities • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services • Monitor and maintains appropriate inventory of towels and robes throughout shift, obtaining clean towels and robes from the laundry and returning used towels and robes • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experience or customer service is an advantage, preferably in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or above • Excellent customer service skills • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
