Job Duties: | Support recruitment efforts as a member of the ASG Group HR Team. Manage regulatory requirements related to tracking of applicant data. Support talent management activity aimed at building talent for the enterprise, including talent reviews, succession planning, and career development/pathing. Conduct new hire induction/ orientation to ensure a positive employee assimilation into the ACG organization Proactively participate and lead local communication/engagement plans aimed at optimizing employee engagement and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Anticipate and pre-empt employee issues/ concerns. Address employee concerns/ grievances in a collaborative matter if/ when they occur. Provide positive counsel and advice to employees and supervisors, as needed. responsible for providing on site administrative support and coordination of various employment- based visa processes. Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager or his/her designee. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Actively participates in the processing or various employment Visas. |

Qualification Requirements: | 3+ years Human Resources/Recruiting experience; or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. 1-2 years’ experience in the processing of various employment- based visa. Effective recruiting skills. Excellent employee relations skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations The ability to research and analyze various types of data/information. Ability to recruit, lead, motivate, and retain quality employees. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks. Flexible schedule. (Occasionally) be able to work on the weekend, if needed. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of Human Resources functions, and Federal, State and local employment laws |
