| Job Duties: | Supervise, coordinate , or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers.Read specifications such as blue prints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. Inspect work progress, equipment or construction sites to verify or to ensure that specifications are met. Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placements of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment. Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities. Inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems and defects. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 3-4 years experience as construction supervisor. Knowledge of blue prints or specifications to determine wok requirements. Knowledge of customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. preferred in Chinese language. |
