Job Duties: | Assist the manager with marketing initiatives including; events, in venue promotions, sponsorship, competitions, communications, advertising and budgets, contributing to concept and execution of overall marketing plans. Develop or evaluate marketing strategy, coordinate and participate in promotional activities for the purpose of increasing profitability. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, studying competitors' products and services. Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them. Managing the production of promotional material, prepares report to the management on the increase or decrease of sales as affected by the marketing strategies used attend meetings and conferences representing the company. Supporting and managing people involved in the marketing team. Direct exposures to customers to maintain good relationship and encourage referrals. |
