Job Title: Count Technical Specialist
Job Duties: • Responsible for the immediate, periodic, and overhaul repair, maintenance and general operation of the Count machines. • Possesses strong technical skills, both electrical and mechanical. • Must learn and maintain a thorough working knowledge of count equipment. • Knowledge of department policies and procedures including those pertaining to Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines. • Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with customers, by handling disputes and making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. • Exercises appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require management attention. • Ability to handle and secure keys within department guidelines. • Builds rapport and coordinates daily functions with support services departments, especially Count Operations. • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures. • Attends all required meetings and trainings. • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures • Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance. • Maintains confidentiality at all times. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • 2 years or above of experience in related occupation from a well-established Casino / VIP Junket / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • College degree or above or equivalent experience in related field • Must have excellent communication skills. • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner. • Basic knowledge of electrical circuitry, electronics and mechanical devices. • Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Knowledge of casino games and operations. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Must be able to multi-task
