| Job Duties: | Work through all phases of Daily Audit from POS Series Output and work closely with Government Agencies for fleetcard transactions. Verify, analyze data and prepare multi-site Daily Transaction Reports, Daily Fuel Production Reports and Daily Remittance Reports. Verify and records Daily Credit Card Transactions. Insures data and transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized system. Responsible in preparation and distribution of multi-site monthly summary on commission and royalty promotion receipts. Analyze variance of multi-site inquiries specially with fleetcard customers (government and private sector) and coordinate with staff to obtain accurate production information. Prepare multi-site Monthly Production and Inventory Fuel Reports. |
