Job Duties: | The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Alter City Group and its subsidiaries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of Company developments; • Communicate externally with the media and other interested parties to announce corporate news and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain positive image of the Company; • Identify key media opportunities, plan public relations programs including the preparation of cost budgets; • Present controversy discussions/debates on behalf of the organization to the government; • Respond to inquiries from the public, media and other organizations; • Arrange interviews with journalists, prepare and distribute media releases and make statements to the media/public; • Manage the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, website management and content development, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and any marketing collateral; • Perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | • College degree required; • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience; • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written); • Multilingual in the Chamorro, Chinese and/or Japanese or Korean languages is advantageous; • Must be willing to work flexible hours; • Must be able to occasionally travel (overnight/day travel). Good knowledge of Contract law and disputes resolution process · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · An ability to deal with change and implement new effective processes · An ability to work through peers and across organizational boundaries and influence at all levels in the business · Must be proficient in the English language as well as Mandarin Chinese. |
