Job Duties: | • Responsible for tasks related to Hotel & Casino Resort Pre-Opening projects. • Participated in task related to Hotel & casino Resort Pre- Opening projects. • Implement and develop SOP, Policies, and Procedures that adhere to company business objective. • Provide Human Resources & Administrative support to Business Unit / Department. • Follow up the FOH and BOH phasing in projects as assigned. • Develop and participate in the Simulation Programs before the opening of Hotel & Casino Resort. • Provide solutions and resolve Hotel & Casino Resort Pre-Opening projects issues. • Assist with communication and correspondence with third party, media, supplier and services provider related to Pre-Opening projects. • Handle and perform ad-hoc duties assigned from management in a timely manner. |

Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3 or more years’ experience in a Hotel & Casino Resort. • Must possess and have had participated in at least once in Hotel & Casino Pre-Opening Team, preferable experience gained from Human Resources & Administrative department. • Must be familiar with Hotel & Casino Resort daily operations, procedures, and policies. • Must have strong business acumen and fluent in English both spoken and written. Ability to understand other foreign language will be an asset. • Strong interpersonal skills and good team player. • This position requires overtime and working over weekends from time to time as per management assign. • Short term employment contract from 6 to 12 months, renewable subject to company’s sole discretion. |
