| Job Duties: | 1.) Responsible for the front of the house operation of the restaurant during his/her shift. 2) Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant every day (during his/her shift) 3) This position is responsible for acting as direct supervisor for all hourly staff on during the shift in the restaurant. 4) Responsible for quality shift in the restaurant in order to maintain the quality of service in the restaurant. 5) Maintains adequate staffing levels 6) Helps to develop people so that they are able to take on greater responsibility. 7) Ensures there are no violations of Hard Rock HR policies and procedures or government laws by the staff. 8) Gives timely recognition of employees’ efforts in a public setting. 9) Keeps staff morale high 10)Adheres to company training standards 11) Hits targets sales per labor hour 12) Increases restaurant-to-retail conversion rate 13) Ensures proper execution of marketing and retail promotions and programs 14) Keeps guests areas clean and organized\ 15) Maintains equipment in a “like new” manner 16) Encourages people to come up with the answer, rather than giving it to them. 17) Conducts daily inspections of the restaurant facilities to ensure the upkeep of all furniture and equipment. Prepares requests for immediate action for any necessary repairs or replacements. 18) Supervises the performance of the restaurant staff (hosts, bartenders, servers and busser). 19) Recommends promotions and termination of front of the house. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Fluent in English ideally also Japanese, Korean or Chinese is preferred. - Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.
