| Job Duties: | - Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations - Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff; - Monitors restaurant operation and the provision of sequence of service is achieved; - Oversees banquet operations; - Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments; - Must be experienced in receiving, purchasing, inventory. Must be able to commit to deadlines. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1 + previous experience as a leader in high volume casual dining F&B operations management. National or International recognized theme Restaurant experience a plus. Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills. Experience with Microsoft applications a must. |
