Job Duties: Using current figures you will be expected to look for ways of saving the organization money and improving profitability and growth. Ensure the organization is compliant with financial governance requirements. Manage a financial team, prepare financial statements, and ensure spending is in line with budget. Prepare forecasts, budgets, profit and loss statements and compliance report for the organization. Analyzes the financial information needs of APHI (Asia Pacific Hotels,Inc. dba: Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan, Kanoa Resort and Century Hotel) provides advice on financial planning and risk management and provides management with reports to assist in decision making. Must have in-depth understanding of the hotel industry and clear understanding of the integration of various hotel's bookkeeping, accounting and reporting function is highly preferred.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: BS in accounting and minimum 4-6 years progressive experience in finance and accounting management is required and preferably in a hotel of high volume. Proficient in the use of SAP, R3, FICO software and other hotel's front office and POS systems. Must have clear understanding of internal audits and annual audits. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be willing to work flexible schedule including week-ends and holidays whenever necessary.
