Job Title: Marketing Ambassador
Job Duties: Provide a warm welcome to incoming guests whether passing by or stopping at the casino, lounge, and/or snack bar areas or outdoor (Airport, Hotels, other public areas). Ensure timeliness and accuracy of information requested by guests and passersby by ensuring familiarity of Best Sunshine Live (BSL) features and units. Notify guests of current specials and promotions available at BSL. Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, ensuring all collaterals are properly stocked and clean, and restocking supplied as necessary. Anticipate and respond to guest concerns and/or complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the appropriate manager on duty with a sense of urgency. Thank guests as they leave, and invite guests to return to BSL in the future for a specific activity or event. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company Policies, and Service Procedures and Standards. Maintain high level of personal grooming standard for professional presentation Perform other pertinent tasks as assigned by management. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, conduct product demonstrations, and answer customer questions at onsite promotional campaigns. Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services. Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade people to buy products. Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers’ needs. Assist the marketing team in developing unique promotional marketing and sales strategies for each client. Develop unity with customers and clients to create a unique brand experience. Attend promotional strategy meetings and conferences. Promote products and services in an energetic and positive way. Confer with manager to develop methods and procedures to increase distribution and promote the Company. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of guest service experience; some supervisory experience or experience working with upper management on a regular basis preferred. Superior guest service and hospitality skills, especially a pleasant personality and high level of emotional intelligence. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including email, work processing (Microsoft Word), Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications. Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism when interacting with customers. Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment. Must use good judgment when providing information to our guests. Must display the ability to maintain positive guest relations at all times. Previous sales, promotion, marketing, and customer service experience is an asset. Must be able to obtain a Casino Gaming License. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents in English, as well as Chinese and/or Korean. Chinese and/or Korean language speaking skills preferred.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
