Job Title: Executive (VIP Services) - Credit & Collection
Job Duties: • Assist the Manager with all credit & collection functions, especially for VIP guest • Approve credit privileges within authorized levels. • Evaluate gaming report, credit bureau report and bank report. • Ensure the compliance of gaming report, credit bureau report and bank report. • Ensure company monies are properly controlled via credit extensions. • Ensure the compliance of the company’s credit policies, authorization and standard operating procedures. • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure all VIP gaming players’ needs related to credit are handled. • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and International countries for all Credit & Collection functions • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies • Oversee the confidentiality of all gaming records. • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers. • Be aware of all governmental regulations that are appropriate and comply with them. • Ensure compliance with government money laundering and terrorist financing regulations. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, major in Finance/Accounting is preferred. • Must have six (6) months experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Administration/Customer services/Casino • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. • Possess good numeric skills. • Have excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Must be able to Multi task.
