Job Title: | Building Maintenance |
Job Duties: | Maintains and repairs hotel facilities in all areas, including mechanical, masonry, carpentry and painting. Maintains standard of guest rooms & repairs of all building fabrics. Monitor service & repair of building fabrics. To perform any other duties and may be assigned from time to time by the Engineering Management. Attends any briefings and constantly checks to ensure that all requests completed are of good quality. Ensures completion of planned maintenance programs. Performs routine inspections, adjusts & repairs all fixtures, fittings and equipment & maintains them in good working condition. Raises requisition for purchase of spare parts and follows up. Highlights technical matters which require attention. Informs superior of problems, challenges and achievements. Ensures safe working practices. Reports any damage or unsafe conditions. Checks grooming and cleanliness on a regular basis.Participate in the execution of the preventative maintenance scheme.Makes use of reusable items and implement any established policy. Performs other related duties as required. |
