Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor
Job Duties: This position is expected to supervise and direct others who perform repairs, and maintenance duties for the hotel. The incumbent also performs trade specific repairs and maintenance operations within the specific area of expertise. Provides comfortable and safe environments by maintaining the property and its equipment. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing areas of the hotel rooms and/or buildings. Responsible for performance of all scheduled, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for the hotel. Uses tools, equipment, materials and chemicals safely and efficiently. May work with hazardous materials and chemicals in the performance of duties. Checks maintenance request daily for work assignments, at the beginning of and throughout each shift. Communicates status of job assignments and projects to the Engineering Manager. Understands all hotel emergency procedures, and has the ability to respond quickly and accurately during any emergency situation that may arise. Performs other related duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of related experience working in a similar role at a hotel, plus one (1) year supervisory experience required. A High School diploma or higher is required. Any combination of education and related work experience will be considered. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
