Job Title: Lead Cook
Job Duties: Prepares appealing food in assigned restaurant/kitchen areas and supervises other kitchen staff. Checks the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Monitors sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Checks the quantity and quality of received products. Orders or requisitions food or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation. Supervises or coordinates activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. Inspects supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards. Determines how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Instructs cooks or other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food. Estimates amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients. Collaborates with other personnel to plan and develop recipes or menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients or the likely number of customers.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a cook. At least one (1) year supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
