| Job Duties: | Responsible for the overall design & implementation of all facets of HR more in the areas of recruitment & placement, Employees's Information & Service records, Compensation & Benefits, Job evaluation & Salary Structure Preparation, Training & Development, Events management, as well as formulation and implementation of Company Policies & Procedures including the needed forms to be used in the Organizations. Specifically, the position shall perform staffing duties including dealing with understaffing as well as resolution of work-related problems, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary actions among others. Plans & executes HR related activities/requirements of the Company based on allocated budgets. Responds to information queries and maintains effective corporate images & relationships with all governmental offices, media and general public toward achievement of organizational's objectives. Represents company at personnel-related hearings & investigations. Ensures Company;s operational policies are compliant with federal, state, local & legal requirements |
