| Job Duties: | To maintain, repair and install air conditioning and refrigerating equipment's and all ventilating equipment's of the hotel. To assist in daily engineering operations any job requests pertaining electrical, plumbing, electronics and various mechanical jobs, and to assist to other sections where assistance is crucial. To assist in setting up requirements for any F&B hotel functions. Such requirements must not be confined to stages and back drop set up but any other decorations requested as long as that job is within his legal duties. To perform other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be at least a high school graduate or GED equivalent. Trade school graduate in air conditioning and refrigeration or any electrical or electronic course is preferable. Must have 1-2 years experience in operation, maintenance, repair and installation of centralized air conditioning, reach-in and walk-in refrigerators, ice makers, exhaust and fresh air ventilating equipments. Must know how to use or operate gauge manifold, system vacuum and analyzer welding and brazing equipments, refrigerant recovery machine, all electrical testing instruments such as ammeter, voltmeter, any multi meter, etc. Must know how to read, analyze electrical diagram and troubleshoot electrical control problems. Fluency in English language is preferable. Must have an EPA license in handling refrigerants. Must be flexible and a definite team player. US citizen or green card holder preferred. |
