Job Duties: | • Manage day-to-day operation of the company's Compliance Program • Oversee anti-money laundering and the anti-corruption program and training • Oversee Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening and report the findings to the Anti-Money Laundering Committee • Liaise with local and overseas gaming, law enforcement and anti-money laundering regulatory authorities. • Interact internally with departments including senior management, internal audit, training, legal and field operations, as well as externally, with government agencies and vendors on matters related to compliance • Monitor the performance of the Compliance Program and related activities on a continuing basis taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness • Manage responses to regulatory examinations • Create and document new policies • Oversee the Company's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and Company policies and procedures • Monitor compliance with policy, legal and regulatory requirements and prepare and present reports to the Company's senior leadership |

Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines • Must be a Certified Public Accountant • Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience • Executive-level presentation skills and experience • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities while delivering sound results/decisions • Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to communicate with Senior Management and business lines • Strong project management experience having managed projects from ideation through execution • Ability and experience with development and oversight of an effective Compliance Management System • Ability to author and test policies and procedures • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements prudently • Experience using Microsoft including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred • Ability to coordinate and/or manage committees • Excellent teamwork/collaboration skills |
