Job Title: | Manager – Casino Finance & Cage |
Job Duties: | • Oversees and manages daily operations on an assigned shift of the Casino Finance Department, including Cage. • Decides operational requirements for staffing levels in each of the Casino Finance & Cages, identifying cost efficiencies on a day-to-day basis. • To act as the main point of reference and provide advice and recommendations to gaming with regard to matters pertaining to Casino finance and credit worthiness of players. • Interacts with internal staff and guests from Asian and International countries for all cage functions • Preparing documents to substantiate credit determination. • Preparing reports for management to monitor and review the utilization of credit, and the collection efforts • Developing new tools and analyses, independently and collaboratively, to provide insights into business trends. • Preparing and/or reviewing ad hoc reports and analysis as requested. • Gathering and analyzing data, develops and communicates key conclusions on operational and financial results. • Preparing and analyzing actual financial results, applying results in revision of future forecasts where appropriate. • Requiring the ability to prepare customer credit profiles and requests, providing and following up with references, and coordinating with customer service colleagues as needed • Works closely with other internal departments to ensure all gaming guests' needs related to credit and cash are handled efficiently and accurately • Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have • Raises issues to superior as the need arise • Ensures all Cages are operating at an exceptionally high standard • Ensures that Cage policies and procedures are well executed with zero tolerance to variance and supervising Cage department team members • Delegates tasks and responsibilities as required • Oversees the confidentiality of all gaming records • Be aware of all relevant governmental regulations and comply with them • Evaluates and counsels team members in order to maintain and enhance operations of the Casino Finance & Cage department • Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as an asset of Imperial Pacific and encourages others to do the same • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies • Completes department special projects directed from time to time • Maintains a working knowledge of various casino policies and procedures • Accurately counts and verifies cage banks when necessary • Provides outstanding guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous to all Guests • Consistently acts in a friendly and professional manner • Performs other related duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 6 years or higher of experience in Casino Finance or Cage operations in a well-known/ 5-star Casino or VIP Junket • 3 years or higher of experience in a supervisory position in Cage operations • Must have experience with gaming regulations relating to cash and credit, and an intricate knowledge of all facets of Cage operations • Proficient in English • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team • Must have excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages • Good leadership skills and effective delegation’s skills • Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to multi-task |
