| Job Duties: | • Utilize business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards to help management understaind the business trend and make data-driven decisions; • Analyze business trends and KPIs related to gaming performance, customer behavior, casino operation and maintenance etc; • Perform data segmentation and observe customer behavior to help design appropriate marketing campaigns; • Perform regular data quality audits on exisiting data in the data warehouse; • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required; • Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to gaming operations; • Resolve service problems according to established guidelines; |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years of experience in CRM and casino analytics; • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines; • Familiar and skilled with CRM systems, Patron Management or similar systems; • Analytical and familiar with customer segmentation and CRM strategies; • Experience in data analysis, casino analytics is preferred; • Expertise with R, SAS or other data analysis software is preferred; • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and other programming languages is preferred; • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation creation; • Fluent in Mandarin and English. Conversational in Cantonese preferred; • Willing to work in Saipan; • Over 21 years of age; |
