Must have knowledge of the methodology of buffing and waxing, carpet shampooing, not only the procedure but must know also what chemicals to use. Must have experience in preparing cleaning solutions, such as mixing water and detergents or acids in containers, according to specifications. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment, strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Must report supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Must be fast, efficient and honest. |
