| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments. Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution. Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a minimum of 2 years work related experience, preferably worked as Aircon Technician. Must have high knowledge to install, repairs, perform and analysis of all kinds of airconditioning systems. May install and repair airconditioning, diagnosing and solving problems that develop on the operations. Can communicate well in English and preferably Chinese languages. College graduate or High School equivalent. Willing to work on flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. |
