Job Title: Training & Development Manager
Job Duties: • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations to marketing departments across the company • Deploy a wide variety of training methods, specifically for VIP guest service related training • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions • Provide multi-language training courses to internal staff from Asian and international countries • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them • Prepare and manage annual training budget • Work closely with Training section from Human Resources Department in conducting monthly meetings, training activities and upkeep marketing departments’ training needs • Provide opportunities for ongoing development • Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary • Coordinate external and internal training, cross exposure which support colleagues career development • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process; ensure ability to negotiate and persuade guests and staff to achieve results beneficial to operation of company. • Perform excellent verbal and oral communication skills towards all participants involving in training • Conducts brand specific training sessions as applicable and develops in house trainers. • Identifies training needs for each department while working in conjunction with Department Managers • Ensures positive associates relations through open communication • Performs any other projects assigned from management

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ English Literature/ Business Communication / Hospitality Management • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Administrative/Training area • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to deal with internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Cantonese, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong technical writing, proofing and editing skills • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal and communication skills required • Proven experience working in an organized, methodical, and detailed oriented environment required • Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with minimal supervision • Must be able to multi-task
