| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: Maintains knowledge of current sales promotion, policies regarding payments, exchanges and security practices. Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales. Receive and collect payments from customers. Report and forward all day to day collections and sales activities to the employer. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Preferably had a previous work related experience in the field of sales and marketing. Responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing and strategies to meet organization objectives. Able to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities and environments. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and preferably can speak basic Chinese language. Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing the company. Willing to work on flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid CNMI driver's license and own transportation. |
