Job Duties: | Responsible in the daily operation of the manpower services of the company. Direct staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with their services that the company is providing. Duties also includes Interview, hire, train, oversee and sometimes fire employees. Manage the inventory and order of equipments and supplies needed. Ensure that the employees comply with safety standards and regulations. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding quality of services. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Maintain budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Report day to day business activities and collections to the Manager. Do other related duties as assigned by the Management. |

Qualification Requirements: | With at least 2 years work relatedexperience. Preferably knowledgeable in operating manpower services. Have a strong knowledge in sales, marketing and customer service.
