Job Duties: | Completing all design work, estimates and accompanying paperwork (known as packaging) necessary for production to perform all duties as written in contract. Assure the implementation and comply with company Policy & Procedure (P&P) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Drafting layouts, elevations, and project and design details for residential remodeling projects, and making print copies as required. This will often include on-site measuring and site inspections Involved in the preparation (including the collection of picture information, survey site, etc.). Use the sample of designer provided to prepare the material model. Explain the drawings at the site, assist to check and complete the scene design Perform other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Some college or equivalent working experience; Familiar with the decorative project and design technology, CAD drawing and design processes, familiar with decorative materials. A minimum half an year experience in project and design area. Knowledge of CAD, PHOTOSHOP software. Ability to learn occupational hazards and safety precautions. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral High levels of creativity and imagination A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure Excellent design and drafting skills A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals An awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of projects |
