Job Duties: | Manage maintenance Supervisor and Handyman to ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed in accordance with established checklists and to Company’s standard operating procedures and guidelines Inspection and provide advisory for all repairs tasks cannot be easily completed by handyman and supervisor Keep accurate records of each assigned job Maintain all of resort areas & staff housing & company properties and its environment in a safe, clean and secure condition Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work Estimate costs to repair machinery, equipment, or building structures Train or manage maintenance personnel or subcontractors Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits Assist in the management, coaching and development of Room Maintenance Handyman to ensure competence, performance and efficiency Liaise daily with Supervisor on requested jobs to be carried out on guest floors Require equipment and parts for goods and services necessary for the continued operation Adhere to all Company policies and procedure Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to management Perform other duties as assigned |

Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent 2 years or more maintenance experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel Supervisory level position experience in maintenance field Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Knowledge of machines, tools and property maintenance, including their designs, uses, repair, Able to work independently and detail oriented Good communication skills and exceptional leadership Responsible, self-motivated and independent Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis |
