Job Title: Chief Executive Officer – Gaming Operations
Job Duties: • Serve as the pivotal point in setting the overall business directions for the on-going development of the gaming operations; ensure relevant business and operational strategies and policies are properly established for the functional operations of the gaming and related departments. • Responsible to create a corporate culture that is in accordance with the Company’s vision, mission and core values, in a way that generates promising rewards to the Company’s shareholders. • Responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the gaming operations. • Oversee and manage the planning and development of projects in Saipan which include define the scope, determine the required resources, execute and evaluate the project outcomes. • Advise and inform the Board of Directors of the business performance of the gaming operations of the Company. Interact between the Board of Directors and employees. • Lead the strategic planning of the gaming operations; support and implement the directions outlined by the Board of Directors. • Oversee the design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of gaming programs, products and services. • Recommend the annual budget of the gaming operations to the Board of Directors for approval. • Manage gaming resources according to the budget guidelines and extend full compliance with the current laws and regulations. • Effectively allocate the human resources of the gaming operations in accordance with authorized relevant policies and procedures to fully comply with the current laws and regulations. • Ensure the gaming programs, products and services reflect the Company’s vision, mission and core values, and consistently present a strong and positive image to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure consistent and high-quality service standards are maintained for the entire gaming operations of the Company. • Perform duties as assigned, always present oneself as the role model of the Company and encourage others to do the same. • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors in a timely manner.

Qualification Requirements: • Work experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Gaming Industry and at least 5 years at senior executive level. A minimum of 10 years of working experience gained from Asia Region Casino. Strong casino business knowledge and casino operations experience gained from Las Vegas U.S. based Casino Operators. • Must be familiar with CCC (Commonwealth Casino Commission) Casino Regulations • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or above in Gaming Management or related discipline or equivalent professional working experience. • Language: Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. • Interactions: Must be able to interact externally with all government officials, customers and other stakeholders in a professional manner and internally with subordinates and senior management effectively and in a friendly manner.
