Job Title: TOUR OPERATOR
Job Duties: • Visit resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability • Liaise with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, resort representative and travel agency from Asia region (such as China, Korea and Japan) • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Answer calls and emails promptly for clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries and provide prompt customer service • Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations accurately and efficiently • Confirm customer names with airlines/hotels • Maintain certain service levels, contracts and costs • Check queue’s daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are completed • Communicate effectively with other agents or team members to solve problems and gather information • Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to customer feedback • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients • Handle invoices and payments • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • At least 1 year reservation or contact center experience • Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above • Initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of the Ticketing Management System • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shift including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to identify a problem and see it through to resolution with minimal supervision • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Willingness to demonstrate professional conduct at all times • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task
