Job Duties: Inspect and clean preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices.Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of oven, broilers,grills and roasters.Ensure freshnessof food and ingredients by checking quality.Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.

Qualification Requirements: Should have formal training. Must have at least a few months to one year work experience in a reputable establishment as a Cook.At least a few months to one year experience in supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other workers engaged in food preparation. Able to perform food preparation and cooking activities of a Dining Restaurant. Can design menu and review food purchases. Can offer a creative menu to complete with other local restaurants. Should have the ability to forcast food preparation base from increase or decreasecustomer guest flow.Can create inventory method base from company or restaurant's needs. Can comply with nutrition, sanitation regulation and safety standard as prescribed by USDA. Can identify and train propective kitchen staff as prep cook or line cook. Must be able to handle split shift scheule. Must work on busy operation days, like holidays. Ability to work under pressure. Must be of good character and passion for the work. Willing to work flexible schedule/gtaveyard.
