Qualification Requirements: | Requires high school diploma. Minimum a few months to one year of work experience as a teppanyaki/sushi cook. Must have knowledge in cooking and preparing International Cuisines. Must have knowledge in fine dining restaurant/teppanyaki/sushi preparation. Must be able to work flexible hours and early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more of food objects and kitchen equipment. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required. Must have Food Handler certificate issued by Depart. Of Public Health-Bureau of Environmental Health (BEH). |
