| Job Duties: | To assist accounting manager/controller in directing the flow of work in the accounting department by ensuring the smooth and timely flow of accounting information from source documents to entries into the general ledger accounts to document business transactions. Assists in ensuring the timely analysis of information and preparation for entry into ledger accounts and helps to ensure that the preparation of reports is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as in accordance with the requests of management. Ensures that financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital remains current and useful to management and prepares balance sheets and profit and loss statements periodically and at the request of the management. Must have knowledge in MAS 200. In addition, may perform other duties as may be assigned. |
