Job Title: Golf Course Operations Manager
Job Duties: Direct and coordinate activities of golf operations. Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and golf operational policies and procedures. Direct and coordinate through subordinate personal activities of golf operations department to obtain optimum use of equipment and facilities to increase business activities and increase sales and revenues. Review and analyze expenditures, financial and operational reports to determine requirements for increasing profits such as need to increase users of facilities and to make recommendations on findings or management’s evaluation and to make recommendations for the acquisition of new equipment. Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining Golf course equipment. Knowledge and experience in chemical and fertilizer application, including but not limited to calibration calculations of applications.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Must have 3-4 years work experience. Must be fluent in Japanese and Korean language is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours and on call. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
