Job Title: Frontdesk Clerk
Job Duties: To welcome customers upon arrival Check in customers in a courtesy manner Enter appropriate information by asking for an ID card Ensure billing is correct, take payments, post charges, enter amounts into computer, and balance accounts at end of shift Run various computer at the beginning and end of shift Answer a variety of questions from the customers, and handle routine problems, referring more unusual or difficult problems or complaints to Supervisor or other appropriate staff members Answer telephone and/or transfer calls to appropriate department or person, computer training Knowledge of daily activities in and around the resort Address emergencies that materialize when on duty and notifying appropriate personnel, assist in general maintenance and inventory of front Office equipment and supplies Maintains cleanliness of the Front Desk and reception area Assist Concierge and Reservation agents Be Fully Aware of the Booking situations at all times, promotions and golf and room rates and all necessary information needed. Multi-tasking inter-department and be able to cover shifts (as necessary), must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights (graveyard shifts as necessary), and perform other tasks as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor.

Qualification Requirements: High school diploma/graduate required Bilingual a plus 4+ years’ customer service experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Friendly phone manner a must Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus Ability to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to maintain confidentiality
